The program will be recruiting for the 16th year in Internship Program is a selective program offered to 85 high school sophomores and juniors throughout Cuyahoga County. Applicants who are interested in gaining professional skills and hands-on career exploration experience while earning a stipend and networking in a career field of their interest are encouraged to apply!

The 14 and 15 year old Program is now full. There are several ways for employers to participate. The summer program will prepare young people through a week training for jobs and internships.
For young adults not moving into jobs or internships, weeks of the paid program will offer deep exploration of career sectors with employers partnering around career conversations, career panels, career mentoring and project-based learning in the career field—for example, bringing a real world problem from the field to the young adults, training them in this kind of problem-solving, and mentoring a small team through development of a solution and presentation for an industry panel.

We are seeking employer volunteers to help with the various career pathway programs.
