Help people like you. The work life balance was not good management pushed and pressured a lot. Management was horrible benefits were bad and pay was way too low for the job. I really like having access to a company van with a gas card. I also enjoyed that we were allowed to keep the company van at our place of residence, which meant saving a lot on gas. Pros company van, phone and laptop. Cons worked weekends.

The process of getting parts was tedious, the SLA seemed a little tough. Vehicles were bad. Customers were always dissatisfied with the equipment failures. Pros Experience gained on component level repairs.

Cons lack of job security. No Training 3. Micro managed 4. Worked alone no workplace culture 5. Pros Company provided vehicle and parts storage unit. Cons Micro managed, unreliable parts, poor technical support. Mobile IT and hardware support for several contractors in and around the metro area. Good place, lots of change. The company has been bought a few times, so futures are uncertain. Good management and does take active interests in you. The management at the time gave no protection or benefit of doubt to their employees.

They will throw a person under the bus with out investigation or discovery. Pros company vehicle. Cons Slave ship mentality of management. I was the only one in my remote area so I was able to manage my time well. The company treated me good and I enjoyed working at Tolt Service Group. Evaluations were a great tool to show upper Management how you were performing.

Pros Good Pay, Good Management, overall a great company to work for! Cons My area had a lot of travel I don't think other Techs had that issue , I wish they would have given bonuses based on things like customer reviews, Driving record, and job completed without needing to return for so many days. The company was new. I traveled the country for them for a huge account that the required the de-installation of entire point of sale systems followed by the installation of all new equipment in a chain of grocery stores.

Quickly promoted to a field tech. Pros ok. Cons no too bad. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. There is no typical day. Zones are enormous and 4hr sla with a 2 hour drive, and a broken part are just un-obtainable.

Management was weak to be nice. Pros company vehicle and a paycheck. Cons Not enough space for an answer that would justify the cons appropriately. Pros cellphone, laptop, company vehicle, free GAS.

Cons quality parts, management depending on location. A typical day was traveling from one large retailer to another to diagnosing, repairing or replace a cash register, store PC's or peripherals.
