The warriors cat game

The cats find a pond that hadn't been there previously. The Ponder Check is used to determine if this is dangerous. When the ponds collapses due to heavy pressure, the cats may have been caught in the water or been far enough way to avoid being harmed.

The Jump Check is used to determine if a cat is caught in the water. The pond that had earlier collapsed did damage, but it did not collapse on any area that the Clans frequented.

The cats continue on and find three ponds like the previous one. A Ponder Check determines if they figure out these ponds are directly above ShadowClan territory and threaten its camp.

The cats can decide either to warn ShadowClan directly or go to the Clan leaders. The cats are following the second set of tracks and are having difficulty in keeping on the right trail.

They may or may not be able to keep the correct trail and may get lost. The cats may have missed the danger signs of the flash flood; there is suddenly a great wall of water rushing down on them. They may or may not get out of the way in time; cats can perform a Jump Check to try and avoid the water. Cats caught in the water can be rescued during five rounds or they are knocked out.

The flash flood has occurred and everywhere there are ShadowClan cats needing help. There are five rounds in which to help the ShadowClan cats; the group can may fall into the water, rescue some of the ShadowClan cats, or rescue a great amount.

The cats enter ShadowClan territory to warn them of the imminent danger. A patrol of ShadowClan warriors led by Ratscar finds them and challenges them. The group can choose either to deliver the message or begin fighting. The group of cats decide to attack the ShadowClan patrol challenging them. The pools above collapse during the battle; the cats may be knocked out by the fight, continue fighting until the flood hits them, or stop fighting and warn ShadowClan of the danger.

However, Firepaw does not know about the TigerClaw incident till later. Firepaw is still hard to be accepted into the clan as and apprentice, but luckily he still has his friend Graypaw. Firepaw meets many different cats in the clans, and soon understands there cultures.

The four clans believed in a special group called StarClan, the ancestors of the cats that live among the stars. A few weeks after Firepaw's joining, he encounters a strange cat named Yellowfang in the middle of the forest. He helps her and feeds her, but Tigerclaw finds out and reports it to Bluestar. Feeding another cat before their own clan was against the Warrior Code, so Firepaw got in major trouble. Firepaw is put on duty for caring for the strange cat for the next few days. Every full moon, the clans meet at a Gathering, and it's the only time where all the clans are together.

Brokenstar and ShadowClan was considered bad, because they drove WindClan out of their homes and threatened to do the same to others. However, the cats still listen anyway and come back to the camp, but Firepaw defends Yellowfang, as he knows she is innocent. After a few more days, Firepaw sees that Spottedleaf, the cat he fell in love with is dead.

Also, two kits are missing. Firepaw ventures out to find Yellowfang, who is suspected to capture the kits. He also takes Ravenpaw with him, because he reveals Tigerclaw's threat to him. Yellowfang was not the terrible kidnapper at all. Apparently, it was Brokenstar, the leader of ShadowClan, and Clawface, the cat who killed Sottedleaf.

Like a lot of RockStar titles, you won't be wowed by the visuals themselves, but more by the scale of things. Unfortunately, the scale isn't absolutely huge like something you'd find in Grand Theft Auto , but, even so, the graphics are solid enough, filled with a lot of detail and it fails on few technical levels. The audio, however, really shines above all else, with a replicated soundtrack and absolutely superb voice acting by many of the original actors who starred in the film.

And who can't help but love the sassy voice of the radio announcer? The Warriors for the PlayStation 2, unlike so many other movie-licensed videogames, does absolute justice to its source material, even outdoing it some areas. Fan or not of movie, you'll likely find something in The Warriors to love.
